South Coast Conservatory Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in classes or participating in activities at South Coast Conservatory, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Liability Waiver & Release
You hereby release, hold harmless, indemnify and waive any claims against Dance Unlimited, Inc., its members, directors, officers, contractors, employees, volunteers, agents, executors, administrators, successors, family members and assigns (the "Released Parties") from any liability and damages arising from death or personal injuries, including the contraction of communicable diseases, during your participation in the Activities with South Coast Conservatory.
You are releasing the Released Parties at your own risk and you agree to forfeit any and all forms of legal recourse which may be available to you, including but not limited to any form of damages, as a result of your participation in the Activities.
You agree that these provisions above apply to you, your family, heirs, executors or anyone else who may be able to bring a legal action on your behalf in the future.
General Terms & Conditions
1. Enrollment & Registration
All students must complete proper registration forms and provide accurate information. Parents/guardians must sign for students under 18 years of age.
2. Payment & Fees
Tuition and fees are due according to the published schedule. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension from classes. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
3. Attendance & Participation
Regular attendance is expected. Students should arrive on time and be prepared for class. Missed classes may not be made up unless arranged in advance.
4. Code of Conduct
All participants must maintain respectful behavior toward instructors, staff, and fellow students. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without refund.
5. Studio Policies
You agree to follow all studio policies including dress code, arrival times, and facility rules. The studio reserves the right to modify class schedules or instructors as needed.
6. Health & Safety
Students should be in good health to participate. Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions or injuries that may affect participation.
7. Photography & Media
By participating in our programs, you consent to the use of photos and videos for promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing.
8. Program Changes
South Coast Conservatory reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule classes, programs, or events as necessary.
